The DoorDash Marketing Operations team's mission is to efficiently deliver high quality, relevant communications that meet the needs of our audiences globally. To accomplish this mission, we're building a team of technical CRM experts who build, QA, and launch marketing campaigns designed by our Lifecycle Marketing partners. This team is goaled on high quality campaign delivery and operational efficiency so that each campaign reaches the correct audience on-time with excellent craft.

About the Role

As the Senior Associate, Campaign Operations, you will be responsible for building, testing, and launching retention marketing campaigns designed by our Lifecycle Marketing partners. You will partner closely with the Lifecycle Marketing team and Project Managers to ensure each campaign has completed all required steps prior to launch, and is delivered on time to the end-consumer, with high quality and excellent craft. You will be responsible for the high quality campaign delivery rate and production efficiency of each campaign launch. This role will report to the Campaign Ops Manager.

• Campaign Strategy & Execution : Build, launch, and optimize retention marketing campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and other channels using Braze. Includes owning the QA review process, collaborating with designers and copywriters, building target audience segments and capturing feedback from multiple stakeholders.
• Operational Efficiency : Develop scalable workflows, processes, and best practices to ensure campaigns are launched with high quality and minimal errors.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Partner with teams such as Lifecycle Marketing, Martech, Data Science, Product, Engineering, and Design to align on campaign goals, audience segmentation, and creative execution.
• Performance Analysis : Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve quality, craft, and efficiency for future initiatives.
• Stakeholder Management : Act as the primary point of contact for Campaign Operations for your Lifecycle Marketing partners, ensuring alignment with company goals and priorities.
• Tool Expertise : Leverage Braze and other marketing platforms to implement sophisticated campaigns, including automation, dynamic content, and A / B testing.

Compensation : The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee's work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
