Experience Essentials

Your history should include :

  • Demonstrated industrial maintenance practice of no less than five years.
  • In-depth understanding and skill in mechanics, controls, with a minimum of three years in each.
  • Familiarity or proficiency with computerized maintenance systems boosts your credentials.
  • Skills and Proficiencies

  • Showcase interpersonal finesse, and convey opinions effectively to foster a cooperative environment.
  • Demonstrate independence with strong analytical problem-solving capabilities.
  • Have a comprehensive grasp of PLC ladder diagrams and detailed wiring constructs.
  • Work Environment and Conditions

  • Be prepared for physical demands, including standing, sitting, and ladder navigation.
  • Experience a manufacturing setting, adapting to varying temperatures and noise levels.
  • Capability to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds is required.
  • Education and Proficiency

    A High School diploma or GED is your starting point, with additional accreditation in technical spheres like electronics or electro-mechanics preferred.
