Job Title : Sleep Medicine Physician

Description of Work Assignment : Outpatient clinic and interpretation of Sleep studies.

Breakdown of Clinic Days / Sessions and / or OR Days : M- F

Schedule of Days / Times Needed To Work / Shift Hours : 8 am 4 pm

Patient Load : Average of 40 patients per week depending on schedule and visit length

Will You Accept Experience Over Fellowship? yes

Board Status Requirement (BC / BE) : none

Certifications Required? BLS, ACLS, PALS BLS

Is There Additional Surgical Staff? NO

Is there additional support staff? yes
