Job description

SUMMARY

Are you a passionate sales professional with an eye for design? Join our team as a Graphics Sales Partner and play a pivotal role in delivering the Ultimate Corrugated Experience. You'll bring creative design solutions to our customers and ensure the delivery of our service promise.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive Sales Growth : Take charge of annual sales growth, including retaining existing clients, nurturing growth within the current client base, and acquiring new customers.

Business Development : Be the driving force behind business development efforts and new customer acquisition.

Customer Engagement : Reach out to potential clients, nurturing new and profitable graphic accounts.

Product and Industry Expertise : Stay informed about our products, services, machinery capabilities, and cost variables.

Customer Specifications : Communicate and follow up on customer specifications for graphic orders.

Administrative Duties : Process all necessary paperwork promptly and efficiently.

Sales Budget : Collaborate with the Director of Sales to prepare the annual sales budget.

Relationship Building : Coordinate entertainment activities to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Professional Conduct : Uphold a professional image in all business dealings to promote a positive company reputation.

Community Engagement : Actively participate in the community to expand business networks and contacts.

Team Collaboration : Work closely with internal team members to ensure swift responses to customer needs and maintain the Ultimate Corrugated Experience.

Pipeline Updates : Provide weekly updates on your sales pipeline to the GM.

Data Accuracy : Ensure accuracy in new item information.

Expense Reports : Submit accurate monthly expense reports.

Sales Meetings : Attend bi-weekly sales meetings.

Sales Resources : Utilize available sales resources for effective selling strategies.

Please note that duties may vary depending on location.

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS

Proficiency in HRMS / Amtech operating system.

Proficiency in Excel, VPS, and email communication.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Customer Service, Design, and Estimating / Pricing forms.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the functions of this job.

This role may require sitting or standing as needed, walking on a level surface, reaching, and occasional lifting (up to 25 pounds).

WORK ENVIRONMENT

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to moving mechanical parts, varying temperatures, and occasional fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

This role may require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses with side shields, hearing protection, and steel-toed shoes in certain manufacturing areas.

Primary environment : ambient room temperatures, typical office lighting, and traditional office equipment.
