We are seeking an Enterprise Operations Manager to join our team supporting the Department of Transportation. Responsibilities

Oversees daily operational performance of enterprise systems across infrastructure, ensuring high availability, incident resolution, and SLA adherence.

• Supervise Infrastructure, Network, and Data Center Operations teams.
• Coordinate enterprise monitoring, patching, and configuration management.
• Manage capacity, performance, and change management processes.
• Report on uptime, incident trends, and performance metrics.
