ID : 74171642 Shift : 19 : 00-07 : 00 Description : : TriStar StoneCrest Location : Smyrna, TN Address : 200 StoneCrest Boulevard Unit Name : ICU Building : Main Cost Center : 650 General Information Unit Specifics : Number of Beds : 16 Patient Ratios : 2 : 1 Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : tech for unit Type of equipment : GE Monitors, Nova glucometers, Pyxis med dispense, drager vents Documentation system : Meditech Scheduling requirements : Every other weekend Floating policy : In rotation with full time staff and other travelers Patient Experience requirements : AIDET, completion of communication board, medication teaching Hospital Specifics- Certifications : Trauma III Requested Skill Set : Must have : positive attitude, teamwork, problem solving Advanced skills needed : ventilator / sedation management, medication titration Procedures performed on unit : trach placement, bronchoscopy, cardioversion Certifications Required : BLS, ACLS Dress Code : (Required uniform) Charcoal gray scrubs Unit Guidelines / Policies : Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines.
