Corporate Security Specialist

Saronic Security is seeking a Corporate Security Specialist to join our Corporate Security team. You'll operate our security helpdesk, deliver training, manage operational security tools, and provide out of country support all while collaborating with our Insider Threat and SOC teams to safeguard corporate assets and personnel.
Responsibilities
- Operate the security helpdesk, triaging incoming requests and ensuring timely resolution or escalation
- Provide first line support for routine security and IT inquiries (VPN access, MFA, connectivity)
- Provision & manage corporate devices; enforce hygiene and patch compliance
- Maintain a security and compliance ready asset inventory to support audits
- Supply inventory and usage data to SPE and GRC teams for capacity planning
- Configure & manage burner devices and secure travel kits for international travel
- Process DNS requests, SSL renewals, and infrastructure modifications
- Execute host level actions : malware scans, isolation, and emergency patches
- Collaborate with Insider Threat and SOC to collect logs, flag anomalies, and support investigations
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Security Management, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)3+ years in security operations, helpdesk support, or related rolesExperience with ServiceNow / Jira, asset management systems, DNS / VPN / firewallsStrong communication skills; able to explain technical concepts to non technical audiencesU.S. Citizenship and eligibility for DoD security clearanceBenefits
