Job description

Join a busy, well-supported Acute Care Surgery (ACS) team that values teamwork, autonomy and balance. We’re looking for a part-time or full-time Acute Care Surgeon to help grow our established EGS service in a Level II trauma setting.

  • Da Vinci DV5 and Xi available (optional use)
  • Epic EMR implementation in progress (go-live in Fall 2026)
  • Collaborative group of general and ACS surgeons who value clinical excellence and collegiality

Your Role

  • Manage Emergency General Surgery (EGS) inpatients
  • Perform urgent and emergent general surgery cases
  • Provide ER and inpatient surgical consultations
  • Conduct daytime outpatient follow-up clinics during assigned weeks

    • Qualifications

  • Board Certified / Eligible in General Surgery
  • Critical Care Fellowship not required
