Full-Time | $80,000–$100,000 / year (based on experience & certification)

At Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) , our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) are trusted clinical leaders who deliver compassionate, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to help children with autism develop communication, social, and independence skills.

We’re seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our Virginia Beach, VA clinic—where collaboration, clinical quality, and professional growth are core values.

Position Highlights

  • Setting : Clinic-based ABA therapy (Virginia Beach, VA)
  • Status : Full-time, in-person
  • Reports To : Clinical Director
  • Compensation : $80,000–$100,000 / year (based on experience & certification)
  • Schedule : Consistent weekday hours, no weekends

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs, Behavior Technicians, and trainees
  • Provide caregiver training to support skill generalization at home and in the community
  • Review treatment data and make data-driven program adjustments
  • Participate in clinical meetings, case discussions, and improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with BACB, AutismCOE , and state licensure standards
  • Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification (required)
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Eligible for or holding a Virginia Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential
  • Experience providing ABA services to children with autism in a clinical setting
  • Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
