Full-Time | $80,000–$100,000 / year (based on experience & certification)

At Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) , our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) are trusted clinical leaders who deliver compassionate, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to help children with autism develop communication, social, and independence skills.
We’re seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our Virginia Beach, VA clinic—where collaboration, clinical quality, and professional growth are core values.
Position Highlights
- Setting : Clinic-based ABA therapy (Virginia Beach, VA)
- Status : Full-time, in-person
- Reports To : Clinical Director
- Compensation : $80,000–$100,000 / year (based on experience & certification)
- Schedule : Consistent weekday hours, no weekends
What You’ll Do
Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plansSupervise and mentor RBTs, Behavior Technicians, and traineesProvide caregiver training to support skill generalization at home and in the communityReview treatment data and make data-driven program adjustmentsParticipate in clinical meetings, case discussions, and improvement initiativesEnsure compliance with BACB, AutismCOE , and state licensure standardsQualifications
Active BCBA certification (required)Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related fieldEligible for or holding a Virginia Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credentialExperience providing ABA services to children with autism in a clinical settingStrong clinical decision-making and communication skillsCommitment to ethical, family-centered, evidence-based careWhy Join AutismCOE
