What You'll Do :

As the Clinic Manager, you'll ensure smooth day-to-day operations while delivering exceptional care experiences for both patients and providers. You'll lead a dynamic team and drive performance, engagement, and service excellence across the board.

Key Responsibilities :

• Team Leadership : Manage recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and performance development for clinic staff.
• Patient Experience : Foster a welcoming, efficient clinic environment that ensures satisfaction at every touchpoint.
• Provider Support : Coordinate provider schedules and ensure staffing aligns with patient and provider needs.
• Operations Oversight : Monitor workflows, manage clinic resources, support budget planning, and ensure compliance.
• Facility & Equipment Coordination : Oversee clinic facility needs, supplies, and vendor communications.
• Culture & Communication : Build a positive, engaged team culture while supporting communication and conflict resolution.
