    • \n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n \n

  • Minimum 1 year of recent full-time experience in a Medical Surgical (Med / Surg) nursing role within the last 3 years\n
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program\n
  • Active Washington RN license or compact state eligibility\n
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification\n
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required\n
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or related field preferred\n

    • \n\nMed / Surg RN Responsibilities\n \n

  • Provide high-quality, compassionate care to adult patients in a Medical Surgical unit\n
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to create and implement individualized care plans\n
  • Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and treatment responses\n
  • Administer medications and perform clinical procedures per hospital protocols\n
  • Educate patients and families on health conditions, discharge planning, and wellness strategies\n
  • Maintain a safe, supportive, and compliant environment for patients and staff\n
