As a Sr. Project Engineer for Milwaukee Tool, you will be utilizing your engineering skills and project management ability to drive successful and timely implementation of critical design updates required to ensure our products remain best-in-class and are meeting the needs of our users.

You'll also be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities :

• Leads moderate to high level engineering projects for factory support, warranty, and performance improvements under the supervision of the department manager.
• Work cross-functionally and globally with Quality & Reliability Engineering, Purchasing, Finance, Service & Support, Marketing, and numerous other departments.
• Lead tradeoff discussions with a focus on Performance, Cost, and Schedule
• Assist in developing comprehensive plans to meet project targets
• Monitor & track project progress and provide regular project status updates to senior management and the project team.
• Visit the manufacturing facilities and suppliers and provide troubleshooting analysis as required
• Request and perform tests per established procedures
• Interpret data and make corresponding design recommendations including but not limited to :

Utilization of computer aided simulation tools
