Required Qualifications

15+ years of IT experience, including 10+ years in pre-sales or delivery-focused roles

5+ years of experience working with or implementing platform solutions

Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification

Expertise in designing and managing advanced architectures in an application domain

Experience integrating AI into workflows and decision-making processes
