Sentara CarePlex Hospital, in Hampton, VA, is currently hiring a CT Technologist for a Full Time, Day (1st) Shift.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday : 7am - 4 : 30pm

Overview

Provide quality Computed Tomography (CT) Imaging to patients under the direction of a supervising physician with adherence to the required protocol standards. Performs Computed Tomography (CT) per protocol under the direction of a qualified physician; provides patient and family education; operates equipment safely; completes department documentation; maintains all equipment to be clean and operational; maintains adequate supply inventory for performing examinations. Follow radiation safety regulatory guidelines.Administration of CT Contrast per protocol.

Education

Trade School Graduate - Radiologic Technology(Required)

Certification / Licensure

ARRT or CNMT (Required at time of hire)

Must obtain ARRT (CT) advanced registry within 2 years of hire

BLS

Experience

Minimum of 7 - 12 months of previous CT experience (Required)
