A company is looking for a Billing Assistant (Virtual or Hybrid).
Key Responsibilities :
Prepare and review invoices, ensuring accurate billing and timely entry of client expenses
Coordinate with attorneys to capture all billable time and manage client records
Generate accounts receivable reports and communicate with the operations team regarding billing issues
Required Qualifications :
Experience in legal billing and professional services
Proficiency in proofreading and editing
Strong project management skills and proactive problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with legal billing software, such as Clio or Caret, is a plus
Ability to work independently and adapt to new systems quickly
