Job Duties

• Customer Service: Customer service will be the number one priority and focus of this position. The concierge will be tasked with addressed resident and family concerns as they occur, either at the bedside or via telephone. It will be up to the concierge to seek out resolutions involving other department directors, but ultimately being the one to relay information back to the appropriate parties, and in a timely manner.
• Greeting new admissions: Along with general customer service, it is also extremely important that new admissions feel welcome upon entering our facility. Should a new admission arrive during your shift, the concierge will meet the resident at the bedside to answer any immediate questions and ensure basic needs are met (i.e. water, food if during a meal time).
• Reception-related tasks: Our concierge will ensure all mail/packages are delivered daily to our residents at bedside and will assist with covering the front desk when needed.
• Menu Selection: The concierge will assist residents with making their meal selections for each week, by passing out menus and assisting with making their choices as needed.
