Position : Maintenance Technician
Location : Kentucky Association District (serving COA & HOA communities in Northern Kentucky) Erlanger, KY
Work Schedule : Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm, with an on-call rotation
Competitive Pay : $18 to $22 hourly (based on experience and qualifications)

- 1+ year of direct experience in general maintenance
- Skilled in carpentry, painting, drywall, minor construction, plumbing, and electrical work
- Experienced in gutter and downspout repair, door and gate hardware, and wood trim replacement
- Able to work safely and confidently on ladders for roof, siding, and gutter projects
- Must have basic hand tools, valid driver’s license, reliable truck / van, and auto insurance
- Willing to complete a drug and background check if offered the position
