Summary

Duties
- Support the Director in overseeing day-to-day operations of the center.
- Ensure high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
- Supervise, mentor, and train a team of teachers and childcare staff.
- Develop and implement educational programs that align with curriculum goals.
- Maintain positive relationships with children, families, and staff members.
- Assist in managing staff schedules and conducting performance evaluations..
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and licensing requirements.
Requirements
Minimum of a High School Diploma3 – 5 years of direct professional experience in an early childhood setting.High energy.Strong oral and written communication skills.A strong understanding of child development and AZ state regulations.Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Infant / child CPR and First Aid certification.Must clear full background check.Nice To Haves
