Recreation Program Coordinator - Events
Join our team! We are hiring for the role of Recreation Program Coordinator - Events in the Parks and Recreation Department. Essential job functions include planning, coordinating, managing, and operating various department-hosted events and programs. This role also involves coordinating event tasks, preparing and managing event budgets, collaborating on sponsor acquisition, fulfillment, and activation, promoting the recreation division throughout the community, representing the department at various community activities, supervising and directing assigned personnel, and working extended and / or flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
