Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure superior service and guest satisfaction
• Train team members on all aspects of the Shack operations
• Motivate and manage team members to provide the highest level of hospitality
• Demonstrate leadership with a focus on coaching and achieving excellence
• Develop and implement a plan to promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations

About Us Beginning as a hot dog cart in New York City's Madison Square Park, Shake Shack was created by Danny Meyer, Founder and CEO of Union Square Hospitality Group and best-selling author of Setting the Table.
