QUALIFICATIONS :

Minimum Masters Degree in Social Work or related field. Valid Ohio LISW-S LPCC-S or IMFT-S required; LICDC-CS preferred.

SKILLS :

Strong clinical skills including expertise in systemic family therapy crisis intervention family education behavioral interventions group work and substance abuse therapy.

Demonstrated supervisory skills. Sensitivity in relating to persons of varying backgrounds and demonstrated ability to work with diverse groups of people possessing various strengths aptitudes and abilities.

Ability to perform job responsibilities with a high degree of initiative and independent judgment.

Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using Agency computer systems and software as required to perform essential job functions.

Practical and creative problem solving skills.

EXPERIENCE :

Experience working with children adolescents and their families. Demonstrated clinical experience in chemical dependency treatment.

POSITION SUMMARY :

Under the administrative / clinical supervision of the PACT Director the PACT Clinical Supervisor is responsible for providing clinical supervision and training to assigned staff members. The PACT Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical supervision to co-occurring and / or mental health Intensive Home Based Treatment (IHBT) Therapists in the PACT department.

Must have and maintain a valid drivers license and driving record that meets the underwriting criteria of the Agencys insurance company. Must be approved by the Agency to transport clients in own vehicle.
