Lead US -TA at ProcDNA | Pharma & life Sciences
ProcDNA is a global life sciences consulting firm delivering Commercial Analytics and Technology solutions. We are a 275+ team across 6 offices, focused on growth and delivering impact for clients in the pharmaceutical industry.
What you will do
- Focus on leveraging emerging technologies and best business practices to solve challenges in the healthcare / pharma industry.
- Develop relationships with client leadership to act as a thought leader and propose new growth avenues for both client and ProcDNA offerings.
- Work with clients to structure and model data to solve complex business problems.
- Design and run analyses to support strategic decision-making; manage internal teams; design, implement, and improve statistical models, Business Intelligence, and other analytical tools.
- Extensive experience in designing advanced healthcare analytics tools and delivering applications in Tableau, SAS, R, Alteryx, etc., to improve patient outcomes and manage costs.
- Develop and leverage deep understanding of data and processes for better project delivery.
- Create a structure around recurring tasks and operationalize them.
- Work with clients to develop tailored solutions to create impactful outcomes.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions with coaching and mentoring of Team Leads.
- Operate with a proactive approach as needed and contribute to internal offerings beyond project work.
Must Have
6 to 8 years of relevant experience with healthcare / pharma consulting and clientsBachelors or Masters degree in engineering with strong academic performanceAbility to manage multiple concurrent projects for multiple stakeholders with a quality-focused approachAbility to identify reporting needs and propose improvementsStrong verbal, written and collaboration skills with ability to articulate results to internal and client teamsProven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment with minimal directionExperience in Sales Operations and Incentive Compensation, IC, Ops, Design, Implementation, Goal Setting, Sales Crediting, Eligibility, Contests, Award, Targeting, Call Planning, Sizing, Alignment, segmentation, etc.Seniority level
