The Role
The Part time Programs Assistant will provide essential administrative, project, and operational support to the National Manager, Strategic Growth in advancing the USTA Foundation's program growth initiatives. This part-time role will play an important part in strengthening the Foundation's operational efficiency, network engagement, and overall impact as it works to improve the lives of young people from under-resourced communities through tennis, education, and mentorship.
Support NJTL Recruitment and Onboarding : Assist the National Manager in executing new NJTL chapter recruitment and onboarding, including scheduling meetings, tracking progress, preparing materials, and maintaining updated records and databases.
Who You Are
The expected salary for this position is $20- $23 hourly rate. This range does not include any additional pay or benefits for which a person may qualify. The actual base salary offered is determined by several variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, the years of relevant experience, their unique skills, and the location from which they will be performing the job.
