Asset Manager

A company is looking for an Asset Manager to protect and enhance the long-term value of real estate assets.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain relationships with landlords and ensure regular communication

Negotiate and execute ground lease agreements, amendments, and easement purchase agreements

Collaborate with the legal team on real estate-related contracts and review necessary documents

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field, or 4+ years of equivalent work experience

5+ years of experience in a wireless carrier, tower company, or real estate acquisition / broker / leasing / management

Site Acquisition or Site Development experience preferred

Familiarity with real estate documents and negotiating contracts

Proficient in MS-Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
