Requirements : Michigan LPN License

1 year experience in LTC MDS - Required

BLS - Required

MUST HAVE TRAVEL EXPERIENCE

Must have successful work work history showing stayed at previous work longer then 13 weeks

No disciplinary action in effect against certification
