Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Behavioral Health Discipline : RN Start Date : 12 / 01 / 2025 Duration : 17 weeks 48 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, nights, flexible Employment Type : Travel Overview Facility size : 48 Bed Hospital, 4 units of 12 beds each Units 1&2 : Child & Pre-Adolescent Programs (Age up to 14 years) Units 3&4 : Adolescent Programs (Ages 13-17 years) Scrub Color Requirement : CNA / DSA : grey (light or dark) LPN / RN : Any color Street clothes, sweatshirts, long finger nails are NOT allowed If provider is cold, they are permitted to wear a long-sleeved t-shirt under their scrub top, or a button or zip up sweater or scrub jacket with the front open so the scrub top is visible. Absolutely NO jackets with hoods or hoodies are allowed to be worn on the unit and no pullover shirts covering their uniform so they are not easily identified as staff.
