Social Media Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and creative Social Media Assistant to help manage and grow our online presence. This is an entry-level remote position perfect for someone who enjoys social media has good communication skills and pays attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities :

Create and schedule posts across social media platforms (Instagram Facebook TikTok X LinkedIn etc.)

Engage with followers by liking commenting and responding to messages or questions

Help research trends hashtags and new content ideas

Monitor social media analytics and report on engagement and growth

Assist with creating captions graphics and short videos using tools like Canva or CapCut

Support the marketing team with general online tasks and promotions

Requirements

Basic understanding of major social media platforms

Good written communication and creativity

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Access to a smartphone laptop and reliable internet connection

Experience with tools like Canva Buffer or Hootsuite is a plus (but not required)

Required Skills :

Bachelors degree in Finance Business Economics or a related field; MBA or CFA a plus. 5 years of experience in account management institutional sales or client success in the financial services industry. Deep understanding of private capital markets investment banking or alternative assets. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset. Ability to manage multiple high-value accounts with attention to detail and strategy. Proven experience meeting or exceeding revenue and retention goals. Comfortable with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and data analysis tools.
