Job Title : Front Desk Administrator
The Front Desk Administrator at Prestage is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to clients and visitors. This role requires a highly organized and friendly individual who can handle multiple tasks efficiently and professionally. As the first point of contact for the company, the Front Desk Administrator plays a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment.
Specific Duties / Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
- Maintain and update records, files, and databases
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as typing, formatting documents, and data entry
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
- Ensure the reception area and conference rooms are clean and organized
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements :
Education : High school diploma or equivalent
Experience : Prior experience in a front desk or administrative role preferred
