Job Summary :

We are currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide high-quality, client-centered support through individual and group counseling sessions. This remote role involves clinical assessment, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and coordination of care to help individuals improve their emotional well-being and achieve meaningful outcomes.

Job Description :

Conduct psychosocial assessments through interviews and case history reviews

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to client needs

Monitor client progress and adjust treatment goals as necessary

Provide emotional support and therapeutic interventions in individual or group settings

Facilitate referrals to external healthcare providers and community resources

Perform crisis assessments and provide immediate, appropriate interventions

Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care

Participate in wellness-focused services and integrated care initiatives

Requirements :

Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program

Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in New York

1–2 years of clinical experience in mental health or a related field

Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills

Ability to work independently and manage caseload remotely

Bilingual English / Spanish preferred

Must have access to a secure, HIPAA-compliant remote work environment
