Area Product Owner

As an Area Product Owner, you will work closely with software development teams to ensure client requirements are staffed and met.

The Area Product Owner is a key role in the Scrum framework, responsible for maximizing the value of the product resulting from the work of the Scrum Team.

This role involves a combination of strategic vision, tactical execution, and close collaboration with stakeholders and the development team(s).

Responsibilities for Single Scrum Teams :

• Defining the Product Vision : Clearly articulate the product vision and ensure it alignswith the overall business goals, particularly focusing on the unique needs and challengesof small businesses and innovation research.
• Managing the Product Backlog : Creating, maintaining, and prioritizing the productbacklog to ensure it reflects the most valuable work for the team, with a focus oninnovative solutions and small business requirements.
• Stakeholder Communication : Acting as the primary liaison between stakeholders andthe Scrum Team, ensuring that stakeholders’ needs and feedback are incorporated intothe product backlog.

Additionally, facilitating the communication of the Scrum Team’sfeedback to stakeholders to ensure a two-way dialogue and mutual understanding.
