About the Role :
The Cashier / Store Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers at our store in West Lebanon. This position is responsible for accurately processing transactions, handling cash, and providing exceptional customer service. The Cashier / Store CSR will also assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and promote store loyalty programs. By maintaining a clean and organized checkout area, this role contributes to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of store operations. Ultimately, the Cashier / Store CSR is vital in fostering customer satisfaction and loyalty, which drives the success of the store.
