About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to spearhead and drive profitable growth initiatives across all business units and geographic markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation of effective commercial strategies, partnering with executive leadership to define and execute long-range business plans, and overseeing the strategic allocation of resources to support business priorities. This role also involves deepening customer engagement, fostering long-term partnerships, and cultivating a culture of innovation and entrepreneurial thinking within the organization.

Key responsibilities for the CCO include reviewing, negotiating, and authorizing high-value and complex contracts, evaluating sales and marketing performance, and working closely with company leadership to identify operational efficiencies and enhance policies and programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial and R&D functions, with a focus on both short-term objectives and long-term goals. They should be adept at monitoring industry developments, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to inform strategic decision-making, and possess strong problem-solving skills to address organizational challenges and implement effective solutions. Additionally, the CCO will play a critical role in building and mentoring a strong leadership team and ensuring the continuous development of talent across all levels.
