Location : Cherry Tree, PA 15724

Schedule : Full-Time, Flexible Shifts Available

Join Our Occupational Therapy Team in Cherry Tree, Pennsylvania

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team in Cherry Tree, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will assess and treat patients with a wide range of physical, cognitive, and emotional challenges, developing personalized therapy plans to help them regain independence and improve their quality of life. Your role will be critical in assisting patients to achieve their functional goals and enhance their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities
  • Develop and implement personalized therapy plans to address individual goals and challenges
  • Provide therapeutic interventions to improve motor skills, daily living activities, and cognitive function
  • Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and ensure optimal recovery
  • Educate patients and their families on therapy techniques and long-term recovery strategies
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic patient care
  • Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations

Qualifications

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in Pennsylvania
  • Knowledge of occupational therapy techniques, treatments, and interventions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Flexibility to treat a wide variety of patients, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
