Job description

We are seeking a talented Experience Designer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to create impactful user experiences while collaborating with a passionate group of professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of user-centered experiences across various digital products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives and user needs into engaging product flows and interactions.
  • Deliver high-quality UI / UX designs, including wireframes, prototypes, and visual specifications.
  • Participate in Agile product development cycles to ensure the successful execution of design initiatives.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine design solutions.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a design-related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in UX design or a related digital field.
  • Strong understanding of user experience best practices and interactive design principles.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.

    • Preferred Skills

  • Experience in leading design projects and mentoring junior designers.
  • Familiarity with design thinking methodologies and workshop facilitation.
  • Knowledge of web usability and online marketing principles.
  • A portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and problem-solving capabilities.
