Mechanics Bank is currently searching for a Sr. Trust Associate to join our team. Here at Mechanics Bank, we value connection, partnership, long term relationships and working together in person. This position will be based at our Wilmington Trust Office.

The Sr. Trust Associate provides exceptional service to Wealth Management clients, while requiring an in-depth knowledge of trust and estates, asset management, and compliance with the Bank's policies and procedures.

What you will be doing :

• Assist Trust Officers in the management of trust relationships with ongoing administration of accounts.
• Manage daily operational tasks; daily cash, wires, correspondence, new accounts, prepare discretionaries for committee review.
• Assist in completion of projects, provide back up support for other associates.
• Communicate as needed with Wealth Management clients on behalf of Sr. Trust Officer.

Who you are :

Salary Range : $28.00 - $38.00 hourly

AIP / Bonus : up to 5%
