A company is looking for a UX Manager, Design System.
Key Responsibilities
Manage design system development and maintenance
Oversee a small team dedicated to the design system
Collaborate with UX leadership and internal departments to ensure effective processes and product alignment
Required Qualifications
5+ years' experience in UX, Product, or Interaction Design
Experience with people management and creating design systems
Proven ability to manage design or development projects
Strong understanding of UI conventions and accessibility best practices
High aptitude for making data-driven decisions
