Hair Stylist commission &booth rental

We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cosmetology and a flair for creativity, providing exceptional hair services while ensuring an outstanding customer experience. This role requires a commitment to staying updated with the latest trends and techniques in hair styling, as well as the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

• Responsibilities
• Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs.
• Perform specialized services such as eyelash extensions and makeup application.
• Utilize hair extensions techniques to enhance client hairstyles.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all tools and products are sanitized.
• Engage with clients to understand their preferences and offer personalized recommendations.
• Upsell products and services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
• Mentor junior stylists or interns, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Utilize MINDBODY software for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel valued and welcomed.
• Qualifications
• Valid cosmetology license required.
• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
• Proficiency in various hair techniques including cutting, coloring, and styling.
• Experience in retail sales is preferred to effectively promote salon products.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Familiarity with MINDBODY or similar scheduling software is a plus.
• Passion for the beauty industry with a willingness to learn new techniques and trends.
