MINIMUM 2 YEARS OF BOBTAIL DELIVERY DRIVING EXPERIENCE

Connect Staffing is seeking an experienced Delivery Driver to drive a 26' International Bobtail truck for a packaging supply company in the city of Rancho Santa Margarita, CA.

Schedule : Monday-Friday 6 : 30 AM - 2 : 30 PM or when deliveries are finished. Lots of overtime available.

  • Requirements of the Delivery Driver :
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of bobtail driving experience
  • Must pass a DOT drug screen, Background Check, and E-Verify.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must have a clean DMV record.
  • Familiarity with GPS devices
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Prior experience in roles such as Box Truck Driver, Bobtail Driver, Local Delivery Driver, Route Delivery Driver, Straight Truck Driver, Non-CDL Truck Driver, Class C Delivery Driver, Commercial Delivery Driver, Final Mile Delivery Driver, Warehouse Delivery Driver, Delivery Driver, Box Truck Driver, and Moving Truck Driver is a plus!

    • Responsibilities of the Delivery Driver :

  • Plan and map out efficient delivery routes in advance to ensure timely service.
  • Safely operate a 26' International Bobtail truck
  • Drive delivery routes across multiple Southern California counties, including LA, OC, San Diego, Riverside, San Bernardino, and Ventura (Mon–Fri), with scheduled routes to Santa Barbara (Wed), and the high / low desert regions (Tues / Thurs). Deliver a variety of packaging supplies such as boxes, bubble wrap, loose fill, tape, and office products.
  • Perform hand unloading of products at customer locations, including inside deliveries requiring physical placement.
  • Reconcile deliveries with customers upon drop-off to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients upon arrival. Adhere to all company safety procedures and transportation regulations. Represent the company with professionalism and a customer-first attitude on every route.
