The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the clean and neat appearance of assigned areas, focusing on all areas of the property, including its grounds, pool and beach area. The successful candidate will have experience in cleaning and maintaining equipment, and the ability to diagnose and complete basic property repairs. The person needs to have a pleasant personality and have an enjoyment of seeing details and the needs of residents. In addition, team member is responsible to document any violations of the community rules and guidelines.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Non-exempt (hourly) position. Days and hours of work are determined by the property. This schedule may change to accommodate the business needs of the property.
