At Databricks Application Engineering, we are a product-led organization transforming how we work from IT services usability for end-users to enabling Databricks scale during rapid growth. You will work on a broad set of challenging projects that provide a competitive advantage, including internal products such as chatbots powered by GenAI or products used company-wide focused on the Brickster experience.

We are seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer to help build the tools that power the Databricks organization. Our internal tools provide a competitive advantage not ordinarily derived from off-the-shelf SaaS products.

The impact you will have

• As a full stack software engineer (60% BE / 40% FE), you will build tools / applications for internal use as well as for external customers / partners
• Design, develop, test, and support full-stack applications on cloud-native distributed systems
• Build real-time integrations with Databricks Platform and other SaaS platforms
• Build a quality framework and unit tests to ensure product quality, performance, and reliability, and be able to debug / identify system issues
• Collaborate with broader teams, engage in engineering council, conduct code reviews, and improve our delivery process

Actual compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including job-related skills, depth of experience, certifications and training, and specific work location. Zone 1 Pay Range

$147,100 $205,825 USD

Zone 2 Pay Range

$132,400 $185,350 USD
