Job descriptionReceptionist duties as needed - answering phone and greeting guests Invoicing, online billing and posting payments, cash deposits, credit memos, collection calls, freight charges, customer calls and credit card billing Process credit due customers for product returns and billing returns Process cash receipts, credits, debits, and invoices on assigned days Post accounts receivables data on daily basis Perform various accounting duties including ad hoc projects 1+ years of previous AR experience Open to new grad with internship Strong technical knowledge Associates degree or higher Manufacturing experience preferred
