As a key member of our leadership, you will assume a strategic role in a high level of client relationship management, audit planning, tax oversight, strategic planning, and team development. The primary day-to-day activities responsibilities include :
Review of Individual, Partnership, and Corporate tax returnsAudit Engagement managementTax planningTeam oversight, training, and developmentBusiness advisory servicesBachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in accounting or closely corresponding field.CPA and a member in good standing with AICPA.7+ years of public accounting experienceRelationship management and practice development skillsProven ability to manage, mentor and develop staffDemonstrates independent thinking and strong decision-making skillsPossess technical knowledge sufficient to supervise Managers and Senior Associates in a wide variety of industriesComputer expertise including knowledge of audit-preparation software and an understanding of the impact of technologyStrong research skillsTechnical skills with MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook; CCH ProSystems, UltraTax or similar systemsThis position offers a competitive compensation including incentives and a generous benefits package.
