Key Responsibilities

Build and lead a coalition of stakeholders to transform the fertilizer industry

Conduct research on the green fertilizer industry and its economic impacts

Develop and advocate for state policy to phase out fossil-based fertilizers

Required Qualifications

At least 10 years of experience in campaigning and coalition-building

Background in policy development or advocacy

Experience in designing policy campaigns and strategic planning

Familiarity with state and local agency operations

Proven relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders
