We are seeking a dynamic colleague committed to the busy life of a full boarding school. The successful candidate will lead the pastoral team in house and must have excellent pastoral instincts and significant experience of pastoral care, preferably in a boarding environment. In addition to leading the House, the successful candidate is expected to teach approximately 60% of a teaching timetable, including A level. Any academic discipline that is part of the College curriculum will be considered.

The College is a full boarding school operating seven days a week, including evenings during term time. All staff are expected to contribute to the co-curricular life of the College outside regular academic hours. The successful candidate will be provided with spacious accommodation attached to the house.
