    The Company is seeking a Vice President for Corporate Affairs Operations to lead a dynamic team in driving operational strategy, financial management, technology, and firm / vendor management. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operational leadership, ensuring enterprise alignment, and managing the financial and vendor performance of the Corporate Affairs function. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in legal operations, particularly in complex, matrixed organizations. The VP will be tasked with establishing and managing firm / vendor programs, driving cost savings, and influencing senior executives to achieve enterprise-level impact. Applicants must have a minimum of 20 years' experience in legal operations, with advanced expertise in budgeting, forecasting, resource optimization, and technology management. The role demands a leader with a strong background in process and governance, performance management, and the ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders. A deep understanding of the litigation process and experience in a healthcare or regulated industry is preferred. The ideal candidate will be skilled in using data-driven insights to measure performance, guide decision-making, and ensure accountability, as well as have a proven ability to recruit, develop, and inspire high-performing teams. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential for this position.
