About the role
We’re looking for a Creative Project Manager to be the process driver and operational backbone of our marketing creative team. This role gets briefs out of inboxes and into action— turning requests into structured workflows and deliverables. You\'ll help us close gaps, improve how we work, and scale the team\'s ability to deliver more high-quality creative, faster. Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You\'ll be the glue across creative, growth, content, and product marketing—working cross-functionally (XFN) and bridging both inter and intra-team workflows. The right candidate has a proven track record of improving process quickly in fast-growth environments and knows how to unlock both efficiency and creativity through better systems and AI-enabled workflows.
