A company is looking for a Training Specialist to support training programs for the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and develop training curriculum and materialsConduct needs analysis and develop learning objectives in collaboration with business partnersReview and modify existing curriculums and support leadership with assigned dutiesRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree in computer science or a related fieldAt least five years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience based on education levelExperience in developing curriculum and delivering training to remote studentsExperience in creating instructional materials and training aidsMust meet requirements for IRS Minimum Background Investigation clearance
