Interim Program Manager

Vaco Atlanta is working with an impressive client located in downtown Atlanta, GA as they search for a sharp  Interim Non-Profit Program Manager . This will be a CONTRACT position through the end of 2025. In-office work is required, so  only candidates who live in the Atlanta, GA area will be considered.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Maintain project plans with an eye on upcoming deadlines

Make sure projects are moving forward, according to plans

Suggest process-related improvements

Support documentation and maintain meeting notes

Create a master contact list detailing all individuals related to each project

Regularly meet with team members to confirm project status

REQUIREMENTS :

Bachelor's degree is REQUIRED; Master's degree is preferred.

Must have 5+ years of program management experience

Must have proficiency in Smartsheets, Excel, SharePoint and familiarity with federal grant tracking.

Must be very detail-oriented with excellent analytical and prioritization skills
