Job Overview
Enthusiastically represents SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment by displaying a positive attitude, maintaining a high level of energy and commitment to quality throughout all aspects of the job. In this key leadership role, you are a significant contributor to overall Food & Beverage performance, and are responsible for the direct oversight of half of the Food & Beverage Business. This position will consistently engage with park and corporate leadership on strategic and tactical initiatives that drive revenue, EBITDA, and guest satisfaction. Interact closely with Director of Food & Beverage and VP of In-Park Revenue.
Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction to salaried team members to drive strongest business performance.
- Consistently engage with corporate leadership on revenue performance analysis, strategic and tactical changes to products, processes, and people.
- Direct staffing, training, development, corrective action and sales motivation. Oversee scheduling and placement of direct reports.
- Develop and implement operational procedures, policies, processes and SOPs that support the company's long-term business objectives for continued revenue growth.
- Direct oversight of department P&L's. Implement department revenue accountability and programs to exceed budget targets. Develop and control the operating and labor expense budget.
- Support consumer event planning in coordination with park and corporate leadership.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and forecasts to Director / VP for budgeting and planning purposes.
- Formulates and coordinates the execution of department activities and park schedule to ensure highest level of guest satisfaction and park quality. Monitors guest comments and acts on opportunities for positive change.
- Provides positive leadership to ensure the highest level of team member motivation, satisfaction and competency. Influences performance excellence by managing the development and career growth of others.
- Monitors safety metrics and proactively ensures a safe environment for team members and guests.
- Provide strategic leadership and goal setting for multiple outlets / management members.
- Lead guest satisfaction efforts by constant evaluation and implementation of positive changes from guest feedback from a variety of sources including guest comments and guest satisfaction research.
- Responsible for meeting operations budget and revenue targets and maintaining financial compliance.
- Identify and monitor key results and financial performance.
- Provide comprehensive oversight and leadership for the park, ensuring the highest level of employee satisfaction, service delivery, and safe working environments.
- Determine priorities related to guest satisfaction and safety and monitor guest satisfaction indicators.
- Respond to guest comments and act on opportunities for positive change.
- Review analysis of activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine progress towards stated goals and objectives.

$76,000 - $80,000 plus bonus
