Job description

A company is looking for a Hubspot Operations Coordinator to provide administrative support and ensure efficient data management across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and troubleshoot HubSpot workflows, forms, lists, and automation rules

Audit and maintain HubSpot workflows for efficiency and reliability

Manage and resolve internal HubSpot-related tickets for over 100 users

Required Qualifications

2+ years of professional experience in an operations role

Hands-on experience managing internal help tickets (e.g., Zendesk, HubSpot Service Hub)

Experience with HubSpot workflows and automation

Technical proficiency in G-Suite & Excel

Advanced or Near-Native English proficiency
